Neons Custom builds LED neon signs around one idea: the sign should say something that belongs to you. A child’s name above a crib, the logo on your shop counter, the phrase behind the cake at a birthday party. You pick the words or send the artwork, and we turn it into glowing light.
The people behind the shop
Neons Custom is a small online store run by a team that handles design checks, order questions and after-sale help. We are not a marketplace reselling other brands’ stock. Each sign listed here is one we take responsibility for, from the moment you check out until it is lit on your wall.
Our base
The team works from Vietnam. Emails, design questions and order updates are handled from there during our support hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7).
Why a custom neon shop
Off-the-shelf neon tends to offer the same handful of words in the same handful of colors. Most people who want a neon sign want it to say their own thing, at a size that fits their own space. Neons Custom exists to make that kind of order simple: clear options, plain-language policies and a real reply when you write to us.
What we are working toward
We want every order to end with a sign that matches what you approved, arrives in good shape and keeps working long after the party or the grand opening. When something does go wrong, we want fixing it to be straightforward. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
Made to order, one sign at a time
We do not keep finished signs on a shelf. Your sign is built after you order it, using the text, font, color and size you selected. Production takes 5–7 business days, and shipping then takes about 6–9 business days. Building to order lets us personalize each piece and avoids producing signs nobody asked for.
Who builds the signs
Fabrication is carried out by partner LED neon sign workshops. They cut the acrylic backboard, bend and fix the LED neon flex, and wire and test each sign. Our team passes along your order details, checks the design before it goes into production and stays your point of contact the whole way through. Standard construction is LED neon flex on acrylic.
