Every sign at Neons Custom is made to your specification. This page walks through the choices you make and how to get the best result for names, logos, party signs and nursery pieces.
1. Choose the type of sign
- Word and name signs: any name, word or short phrase.
- Logo signs: your business logo or shop name, built from your artwork.
- Party and celebration signs: birthday phrases, shower names and backdrop lines.
- Nursery and kids’ room signs: baby names and simple shapes.
2. Enter your text
Type exactly what you want, using the capital letters, spacing and punctuation you want to see. We build the sign as written, so double-check names and dates. Short text reads best from across a room; for a long phrase, a bigger size helps keep each letter clear.
3. Pick a font and color
Script fonts suit names and celebrations, while bold block fonts are easier to read for shop names and logos. Colors are shown on each product page. Keep in mind that colors look different once lit; the Disclaimer explains why.
4. Select a size
The size options for each design are listed on its product page. Measure the wall, shelf or backdrop where the sign will go before choosing. Above a crib or headboard, leave some empty wall around the sign. For a party backdrop, think about where it will appear in photos.
Logo files
For logo signs, send your artwork by email to contact@neonscustom.com with your order number. Vector formats (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the cleanest outlines; a large PNG with a plain background is a workable start. Very thin lines, small text and gradients do not translate directly into neon. We may suggest simplifying them so the sign looks clean once lit. Please only send logos you own or have permission to use.
Our design check
Before production, our team reviews each custom order. If something will not work well in LED neon flex, such as letters that are too close together or a detail that is too small, we email you with a suggestion. Production time of 5–7 business days starts once the details are settled.
Changing your mind
Changes and cancellations are free within 24 hours of ordering. After that, your sign is likely in production and a 15% cancellation fee applies. Because every piece is personalized, change-of-mind returns within 30 days carry a 15% restocking fee. See the Return Policy for the full terms.
