These terms apply when you use neonscustom.com or place an order with Neons Custom. By placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy.
1. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the item cannot be produced, if a pricing or listing error has occurred, if we suspect fraud, or if the requested design breaks section 4 below.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Shipping to US addresses is free; the cost of international shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.
3. Custom details are your responsibility
Each sign is made from the text, spelling, font, color and size you enter at checkout or confirm with us by email. Please check them carefully. We build what was submitted, and mistakes in the details you provided are not treated as a manufacturing fault. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours, when changes and cancellations are free.
4. Artwork and content you send
When you send a logo, name, phrase or image to be made into a sign, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s trademark, copyright or other rights. You allow us and our production partner to use the material only to make, check and deliver your order. We may refuse designs that use third-party brands or characters without permission, or content that is hateful, threatening or unlawful.
5. Production and delivery
Production takes 5–7 business days, and transit takes about 6–9 business days. These are estimates, not fixed delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control do not give grounds for compensation, though we will help you trace any late package.
6. Cancellations, returns and warranty
Orders may be canceled free within 24 hours; after that, a 15% cancellation fee applies until the order ships. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Signs carry a 1 year warranty. 7. How the product looks
Colors on screen and in photos can differ from the lit sign. Sizes are approximate, and the final shape of a design may be adjusted slightly so that it can be made in LED neon flex. These small differences are normal for this kind of product.
8. Safe use
Signs are made for indoor use unless the product page says otherwise. Use only the power adapter that came with the sign, keep it away from water, and unplug it before cleaning. Mount the sign and route the cable out of the reach of small children.
9. Website content
Text, photos, graphics and the layout of this website belong to Neons Custom or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent. See our Copyright page for details.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
