This policy explains what personal information Neons Custom collects when you visit neonscustom.com or buy from us, why we need it, who it is shared with and the choices you have. We only collect what is needed to run the store and make your sign.

Information you give us
- Name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), billing address and shipping address when you place an order
- The customization details of your sign, such as text, names, font, color, size and any logo or artwork files you send
- The content of emails and messages you send to our support team
- Account details, if you create a customer account (email address and password, which is stored in encrypted form)
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view
- Cart and session data stored in cookies so the store works as you browse
Payment information
Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered into Stripe’s secure fields and is not stored on our website. We receive only limited details from Stripe, such as the payment status and the last digits of the card.
How we use your information
- To process, produce and deliver your order, including passing your sign details to the workshop that builds it
- To send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates and replies to your questions
- To handle cancellations, returns, refunds and warranty claims
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure
- To understand how the site is used so we can fix problems and improve it
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who receives your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store, and only the parts each one needs:
- Payment processor (Stripe), to take and refund payments
- Partner LED neon sign workshops, which receive your sign details and, where needed for shipping labels, your name and shipping address
- Shipping carriers, which receive your name, shipping address and contact details to deliver the package
- Website hosting and email providers, which store and transmit data on our behalf
- Authorities, when we are required to by law or to protect our rights
Cookies
Our site uses cookies, which are small files saved in your browser. Essential cookies keep your cart, checkout and login working, and the store does not function properly without them. Our payment processor may set cookies during checkout to help detect fraud. Other cookies may be used to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout may not work.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Support emails and artwork files are kept while they are useful for your order or a later warranty claim. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Children
Our store is intended for adults. Many of our signs are bought for nurseries and kids’ rooms, but the order itself should be placed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
