Our website content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, product descriptions, photos, mockups, graphics and page layouts on this website belong to Neons Custom or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Copying, republishing or selling our content, including product photos, without our written permission is not allowed.
Designs you send us
When you order a sign with your own name, phrase, logo or artwork, the rights in that material stay with you or with whoever owns them. You give us permission to use the material only to review, produce, photograph for quality checks and deliver your order. We do not sell your design to other customers or list it as a product.
Third-party brands and characters
We only make signs from logos and artwork that the customer owns or has permission to use. We do not produce signs featuring other companies’ trademarks, sports team logos, film or cartoon characters or similar protected material without proof of permission. If an order includes such material, we will contact you and may cancel the order with a full refund.
Fonts and lettering
The fonts offered on our product pages are ones we are able to use for sign production. A font name on our site does not give you a license to that font for other purposes.
Reporting a problem
If you think something on our website, or a sign we have made, uses your work without permission, please follow the steps on our DMCA Notice and Takedown page or write to us directly.
