The name says most of it. Neons Custom is a shop for neon signs that are made to your request instead of picked from a fixed list. This page explains what we focus on and how we go about it.
Four kinds of signs we spend our days on
- Words and names. A first name, a family name, a short line you like. You type it, choose a font and a color, and that is what gets built.
- Logos. Shop names and brand marks for counters, salons, studios, cafes and home offices.
- Party and celebration pieces. Birthday phrases, baby shower names, bachelorette lines and photo backdrop signs that keep their place on the wall after the event.
- Nursery and kids’ rooms. Baby names and simple shapes that give a soft glow in the evening.
How the work is split
Our team in Vietnam looks after the parts you see: answering questions, checking that a design will read clearly as neon, confirming order details and handling anything that comes up after delivery. Partner LED neon sign workshops handle the parts you do not see: cutting acrylic, shaping LED neon flex, wiring and testing. Each sign is made after the order is placed, never in bulk ahead of time.
What we try to get right
A custom sign is a small project, and small projects go better with clear expectations. So we state production time (5–7 business days) and transit time (6–9 business days) up front, explain our return terms before you buy, and back every sign with a 1 year warranty. If a word is likely to look cramped at the size you picked, we would rather tell you before production than after.
